About FNF Corruption

Friday Night Funkin’ Corruption is a dark and intense mod that gives the familiar FNF rhythm battles a horror-inspired twist. Created by Phantom Fear, the mod introduces a mysterious Corruption that gradually consumes characters and turns them into dangerous, distorted versions of themselves.

A Dark Rhythm Story

The infection can spread through physical contact and musical energy, putting Boyfriend, Girlfriend, and other familiar characters at risk. As the corruption grows, their appearances and behavior change dramatically, creating a much darker atmosphere than the original game.

Gameplay

The core rhythm system remains familiar: follow the incoming arrows and hit the correct keys in time with each song. Some battles add moving receptors and unusual chart effects, making certain tracks much harder to read.

Players can choose different modchart settings, including None, Simple, and Full, depending on how challenging they want the visual effects to be.

The mod features several story demos, including Spooky Kids, Senpai, and Null, with each one revealing more about the spreading Corruption. Its combination of dark storytelling, unusual note patterns, and dramatic music makes it a distinctive FNF experience.
